Abstract

This article discusses the efforts of pastoral workers in building a vibrant and transformative Church. Pastoral visits are a form of concrete service that plays a crucial role in building a vibrant and transformative Church. Through these visits, pastoral workers are present directly among the congregation to listen, understand, and respond to the various challenges they face. The process of listening to the congregation’s concerns not only produces practical solutions but also strengthens the relationship between the congregation and pastoral workers, as more and more people receive attention, direction, and guidance, the Church grows into an active, participatory community capable of bringing about transformation in the life of faith. This research uses a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and literature review to confirm that pastoral visits are an effective means of building a dynamic and relevant Church for the lives of the congregation.
